Norman L. Grant was born August 28, 1924, in Simpson, son of Rev. Wilson and Elsie Millikin Grant. He married Norma Mann January 15, 1950, in Pekin.
Surviving are his wife; daughters, Sandra Fay (George) Burroughs, Terry Lee Gillham and Bonnie Lucille Grant; sons, Ronnie Leroy Grant and Glenn (Kathy) Grant; five grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; brothers, Charles (Linda) Grant and Bailey (Norman) Grant and sisters, Lucille Stapleton and Wanda Caby.
He was preceded in death by his parents; son, Noel Ray Grant in 1952; four brothers; a sister and a half brother.
He served in the Army during World War II.
