HANNA CITY - Beulah Mae Coleman , age 76, of Hanna City passed away Sunday, Feb. 25, 2007, at 11:50 p.m. at her residence.
Born April 1, 1930, in Winslow, Ind., to William W. and Cloe (Boger) Stone, she married Howard Sam Coleman on Dec. 27, 1948, in Henderson, Ky. He survives, along with two daughters, Alana Sue Beecher of Brimfield and Candy Jill (Terry) Fountain of Glasford; one son, Jeffery (Donna) Coleman of Hanna City; five grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; two sisters, Eulah Hamm of Petersburg, Ind., and Vena Vinson of Florida; three brothers, Grester (June) Stone of Hanna City, Harold Stone of Glasford and Lester (June) Stone of Columbia, Mo.; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by four sisters, Lavon Shoultz, Ailene Shafer, Gracie Stone and Mary Selby; and three brothers, Carl Stone, Frank Stone and Bob Stone.
Beulah was a homemaker and babysat for many of the children in the area. She attended Bethel Bible Church in Edwards.
Funeral services will be Thursday, March 1, 2007, at 11 a.m. at Davison-Fulton Bartonville Chapel. Visitation will be Wednesday from 5 to 7 p.m. at the funeral home. Burial will be in Cottonwood Cemetery in Hanna City.
Memorials may be made to the American Diabetes Association or to the Logan-Trivoli Rescue Service.
