Donny Kathleen Bush, 51, passed away surrounded by her loving family in the Cancer Treatment Center of America Hospital of Tulsa, Ok, Saturday, November 24, 2012, following a lengthy battle with cancer.
She was born in Lake Charles on June 23, 1961 to James A. Wood and Joe Grout Berry. Donny was a graduate of St. Joseph Academy of Baton Rouge and Southeastern of Hammond with a degree in marketing. She was a member of First United Methodist Church of Iowa. Her hobbies included traveling, drawing, painting and spending time on the beach. Donny was a lover of life and all the joys that it brought.
She is survived by her husband of 27 years, Bob Bush of Iowa; mother, Joe G. Berry of Iowa; father, James A. Wood of Baton Rouge, LA; sons, Robert Paul Bush, Jr. and Michael Alan Grout Bush of Iowa; sister, Julie Kathryn McDonald of Iowa. Donny is preceded in death by her brother, James "Jimmy" A. Wood and mother in law, Jean Bush.
