Lawrence M. Brewster passed away at Parkview Episcopal Hospital Wednesday, March 17, 1971. Survived by his wife Mrs. Ruth. K. Brewster of the family home 816 E. North, daughter Mrs. Barbara Manka, Colorado Springs: Lawrence M. Brewster Jr., Boulder, Colo.; six grandchildren, five brothers and one sister. Mr Brewster was a former clerk to the county commissioners, retiring in 1965. Veteran of WWI. Member of American Legion Post 2 for 52 years, department commander of Colorado in 1958 and had been serving on the executive committee of the department. Also a member of the 40 & 8; Veterans of WW I; 30 year member of BFPO Elks 90; Pueblo Lodge 17, AF&AM and Tabor Lutheran Church, 102 E. Orman where services will be held at 2 p.m. Friday. Flag folding and Masonic services at Roselawn Cemetery. Mr. Brewster will lie in state this afternoon and evening and until noon Friday. Friends who wish may make their memorials to the Colorado Department Rehabilitation Fund through the funeral home.

Masonic service and flag folding at Roselawn Cemetery. Mr. Brewster will lie in state at the funeral home until noon today.
