Lewis Delno Dyche, 67, passed away early Monday morning at a St. Joseph hospital. A native of Worth County, he lived there for many years before moving to St. Joseph. He moved to King City in 1960. Mr. Dyche was a retired section foreman for the Burlington Railroad. He was a member of the first Baptist Church of King City. Surviving are his wife, Esther Dyche of the home; one daughter, Nola Dodds, Sharpsville Pennsylvania; one son Rodney Dyche, St. Joseph; two brothers Robert Dyche and Dwain Dyche, both of St. Joseph; two sisters Nadine Cline, Albany and Bessie Robertson, grant City; five grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. Services were held on Wednesday the Clark funeral home conducted by Rev. Harry Walters with burial in the King City Cemetery.
