Mrs. Ida Belle Bridges Franklin,76, of 306 Town Creek Apartments, Lafayette, died in Hutchinson Memorial Tri-Counties Hospital Saturday evening.

She is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Lillian Keown and Miss. Violet Adair both of Lafayette, three sons, Archie Adair, Ava, Mo, Doyle Adair, Jacksonville, Fla and Lewis Adair of Summerville,one stepdaughter, Mrs. Winona Walker, Chattanooga,one step son James Franklin, Tampa Fla, three sisters, Mrs. Lethonia Partlou, Lafayette, Mrs. Ellen Dodd, Dayton, Mrs. Gladys Willis, Woodbury, Tenn, and three granddaughters, two grandsons, one great granddaughter, two great grandsons, and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services were heldat 2 p.m. Monday in the chapel of the J. Avery Bryan Funeral Home in Lafayette conducted by Rev. Melvin Bridges and Rev. Barnard Young.

Interment in Lafayette Memory Gardens.

Active pallbearers Don and Sherman Coulter, Douglas and Russell Bridges, Robert Walker, and Kenneth Burrages.
