Funeral services for Thomas M. Dempsey, 62, who died Friday on a downtown Portland street, will be Monday, at 11:30 a.m., at Colonial mortuary. Interment will be at Riverview cemetery.
Born November 23, 1889, at The Dalles, Mr. Dempsey was a graduate of Jefferson high school in Portland and served in the infantry in World War I.
For the past 35 years, he owned and operated the Ashford Art company at 926 S.W. 3d avenue. He was a master craftsman at the art of restoring photographs.
Surviving is the widow, Dorothea C.; a daughter, Daisy Lucile Daniel; brother William E. Dempsey, and a niece, all of Portland.
