Benjamin L. Boyanton, 34, of Huntsville died Sunday. He was born and raised in Huntsville, graduating from Huntsville High School in 1988, Samford University in 1992 and Birmingham School of Law in 1997. Mr. Boyanton, a member of First Baptist Church, was an attorney in private practice in Huntsville who loved his profession and prided himself in helping those in need. He was an avid outdoorsman and hunter who freely shared his passion with his family and friends. He will be greatly missed. Survivors include his wife, Amy Boyanton; two sons, William Lee Boyanton and Wesley Bryant Boyanton; parents, Art and B. J. Boyanton of Huntsville; brother, Russ Boyanton and wife, Nanette, of Huntsville; sister, Kelli Ellison and husband, Greg, of Huntsville; three nieces; three nephews; and a host of friends.
