Mrs. Emma Bell died in Schenectady.
Mrs. Emma T. Bell, 82, of Albany, a former resident of Arkville, died last week Wednesday at Ellis Hospital in Schenectady after an extended illness.
Her funeral was Saturday morning at Hynes Funeral Home in Margaretville. Rev. Russell E. Sargent, pastor of the Margaretville United Methodist Church, was the clergyman. Burial is in the Clovesville Cemetery.
Mrs. Bell is survived by her husband, Harry Bell; two brothers, Harold Todd of Margaretville and Frank Todd of Florida, and a sister, Mrs Scott Decker of Hobart.
She was born May 3, 1897 in the Dry Brook Valley and was a daughter of William and Minnie Todd. She was married to Harry Bell, June 12, 1915 at Pine Hill.
Mrs. Bell had been a sales clerk at the Whitney Department Store in Albany for several years.
