Archie D. Lemasters, 57, of 1085-1/2 E. Market st., died Wednesday at City Hospital after a long illness.
He was born in Rock Lick, Wv., and lived in Akron 36 years. He worked at the Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co.
Mr. Lemasters leaves a son, Alfred D. of Barberton; a daughter, Mrs. Jeanette Shields in Georgia; four sisters, Mrs. Effie Morris of Akron, Mrs. Violet Gaddis of Akron, Mrs. Fannie Mariens and Mrs Hester Wood, both of Moundsville, W. Va.; three brothers, George and Carl of Akron and Ross of Steubenville, O., and four grandchildren.
Services will be 10 a.m. Saturday at the Eckard Baldwin Funeral Home. Burial will be in East Liberty Cemetery. Friends may call from 7 to 9 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
