Lt. Col Joseph N Muschler was a retired officer of the U. S. Army National Guard He was also a retired Tennessee State Trooper holding the rank of Sergeant. Joe was an excellent officer and a gentleman. He was strict yet fair and would go out of his way to help anyone who needed it. Joe and I attended Father Ryan High School together we were immediate friends and remained so until his death. He is missed by all who knew and loved him. He is finally at rest after suffering all the illness on this earth. He is at peace and with his God. God bless and keep you Joe you were a good friend.
