Kenneth R. Arrow passed away at his home in Ouaquaga, Friday morning after suffering a heart attack. He had been retired from Ansco for about a year because of illness. He is survived by his wife, Phyllis; a sister, Eleanor Miller, a son, Milton Kenneth Arrow, of Endicott; a son, Arthur E. Arrow of Whitney Point, and a daughter Lonnell Ward of Clearwater, Florida, and 9 grandchildren and three nephews. The memorial service was held at the Ouaquaga Methodist Church, Monday. Interment was in Knox Cemetery. Sunday evening, the Ouaquaga firemen held a memorial service, the first ever observed here, at the Osterhoudt Funeral Home with the Rev. Charles Sabin, leading the group. Ken was very proud of his association with the Fire Company and this gesture was greatly appreciated by the family.
