THE LATE ERNEST GROSS
Ernest Gross, whose funeral took place today, had been ill for two years with
asthma at his home on Water St. Jalappa. Deceased was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church, also of the Good Intent Fire Co. He was born in Germany 68 years ago , but came to this country with his parents at the age of one year, since which time he has resided in Pottsville. He was employed by
the P. & R.C.& I. Co.
Surviving besides his widow, he leaves the following children: Annie, wife of A.W. Ost, and Frank, also two brothers, Fred and William, and two sisters, Mrs .Levi Sheaffer and Mrs. Matthew Meyer.
