Zola Mae Mullen Bailey passed away on December 4, 2012, at the age of 82 years and 3 days in Montgomery, TX after a lengthy battle with Alzheimer's. Zola was born in Houston, TX on December 1, 1930 to Jesse & Willie Mullen.
Zola is survived by her husband, Frosty, of 66 years; her three children, daughter, Marsha (Richard) Barbaria of Ft Myers, FL.; daughter Deborah (Randy) Clift of Montgomery TX, and son, Forrest "Chip" Bailey, Jr. (Regina) of Bentonville AR.
She is also survived by her grandchildren; grandson, Heinz (Elizabeth) Falke of Panama City Beach, FL; granddaughter Christy (Quinton) Durrett of Montgomery TX; grandsons, James "Bubba" Gardner of Montgomery TX.; Forrest Bailey, III of Spring TX; & Craig Bailey of Fayetteville AR; great grandchildren Anthony & Ash Falke of Panama City Beach, FL and Jackson Gardner of Ft Myers, FL. She is also survived by her sister Arletta Bertrand and numerous nephews & nieces.
Visitation will be held Thursday, December 6, 2012, at Spring First Church, 1851 Spring Cypress Rd, Spring, TX 77388, from 6-8pm. The Funeral will be Friday, December 7, 2012 at 11:00am at Spring First Church. A reception lunch will be immediately following the funeral at Spring First Church.
Family interment will take place at Houston National Cemetery on Wednesday December 12, 2012
