Hagerstown, MD. Jan 3 John C. Harbaugh a resident of the
vicinity of Pen-Mar died last midnight at Bellevue, the county almshouse, aged 80 year. For many years he was a pension agent and served a term in the penitentiary for obtaining an illegal pension fee. He leaves four sons, whom he named after the evangelists- Matthew, Mark, Luke and John.
