BRANDON: Orlo Joseph (Brandy)(Department of Corrections, Longtime employee of C. P. Rail, Sailor of the Great Lakes, and "Logger" during the Great Depression) At Peterborough Regional Health Centre on Wednesday, November 28, 2012 in his 91st year. Orlo, beloved husband of the late Catherine (Kay) McGlynn. Loving father of Glenda Brandon, Michael (predeceased) and his wife Christine, Robert and his wife Keri, Matthew and his wife Leslie. Cherished Grandfather of Amanda, Matthew, Jared, James, Jessica, Devin, Katelyn, and great-grandfather of Alexis, Carson, and Blake. Dear brother-in-law of Constance McEwan and fondly remembered by his many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his brothers William, John, Everett, and Thomas, and his sisters-in-law Helen Burke (John), Maxine Johnston (Ralph), and his brothers-in-law Vince McGlynn, and Ed McGlynn (Jean). Son of the late James Brandon and Jane Anne Coffey. Orlo loved sitting on his veranda and will be missed by his oldest friend Verna McGillen and his many other friends and neighbours on Murray Street. Friends are invited to call at the KAYE FUNERAL HOME 'MEMORIAL CHAPEL' on Sunday from 2:00 to 4:00 & 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. (Parish Prayers 3:45 p.m.). Funeral Mass in the Cathedral of St. Peter-In-Chains on Monday, December 3rd, 2012 at 10:30 a.m. Fr. Ante Market officiating. Interment Highland Park Cemetery.
