Patrick McCullough met and married Margaret Hamilton in the year 1870. The locale, it is believed, was Castle Barr, Ireland. The young couple had their first child, Mary Elizabeth, born in Ireland in 1872 who was "carried in arms" when they immigrated to America. The McCullough's came to settle in Phila. Pa.
It is known at this time they had a least one more child, John who was to die very young, at he age of 11. John McCullough is interred with his three infant Neices & Nephews, Margaret, Annie and Edward Gerraghty in the McCullough family plot in Holy Cross Cemetery, Yeadon, Pa.
