Aaron Leon Baird, 30, of Pontiac, Mich., formerly of LaFollette, drowned Friday in Pontiac. He was a member of the Liberty General Baptist Church and a Vietnam Veteran.
Funeral services are scheduled at 10 a.m. today (Thursday) at Cross Funeral Home with the Rev. Bill Clevinger officiating. Burial will follow at Woodlawn Cemetery.
Survivors include two sons, David A. and William D., both of Pontiac; his father, Aaron Baird of LaFollette; three sisters, Della Joyce Moses and Shirley Slade, both of Pontiac, Mich., and Anita Sims of Leoma, Tenn.; and two grandmothers, Lettie Baird of LaFollette and Flonnie Lee of Goshen, Ind.
