Richard B. Taylor, 55, loving husband, father, brother, and friend passed away at his home November 28, 2012, surrounded by his family and dog Tank, who never left his side, after a valiant fight against cancer. Richard was born in Orange County, California on March 8, 1957 to Stewart and Ann Taylor. He graduated from Delta High School in 1975.
