Oscar Thomas Dolley, 84 of 252 Chambers St., Beaver Dams, NY, passed away Thursday, December 6th, 2012 in the Absolut Care At Three Rivers, Painted Post, NY.
Born in Corning, NY on February 13th, 1928, he was the son of the late Benjamin and Helen Mary (Sternger) Dolley. Oscar attended school in Corning and served during World War II in the US Army from 1946-1947. He married Margaret McPherson January 28th, 1950 in Corning, NY. She predeceased him in 1980.
Oscar was a Supervisor, employed by Corning Inc., Corning, NY for 35 years, retiring in 1983. He was a member of Corning American Legion and Past Commander there, Past Commander Steuben American Legion, Corning Order of the Moose, Past Governor of the Moose; and the Corning Masonic Lodge. Oscar had many, many close friends and he will be missed by all.
