He was married to Lois J. Witter for 72 years. Richard Worked for the Santa Fe Railroad Company. He had a passion for Fishing, Gambling and hanging out with friends at the Pawn Shop. He is preceded in death by his Mother Nina H Easter, his Father Charles L Witter, Wife Lois J. Witter and Son Samuel Witter. He is survived by his daughter Connie Michaud (David Michaud), 2 sons Steven Witter and Richard L. Witter and various grandchildren
