Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday at the Ebenezer Presbyterian Church in Rockwood for Clara H. Clendenin, 81, of Rockwood.

Mrs. Clendenin passed away Tuesday, Nov. 30, 1976, at the Memorial Hospital, Chester, after a long illness.

She was born June 7, 1895, in Chester, to Joseph and Emma Skinner Husband. She was married Dec. 24, 1923, in Corinth, Miss., to Harry B. Clendenin who preceded her in death.

She was a member of the Christian Church, east of Chester.

Survivors include sons Wilbur and Roscoe, of Ava, Bert of Cincinnati and Jack of Rockwood; daughters, Norma Moak of Champaign, Peggy Andrews of Rockwood and Mary Standaert of Franklin Park, Wis.; brothers, Wilfred and Joseph of Calif. and Roy of Chester; sisters, Jessie Johnson of Steeleville and Flossie Barber of Calif.; 15 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by three brothers and two sisters.

Friends may call after 3 p.m. today until noon Thursday at the Schroeder Funeral Chapel at Chester.

Memorials may be made to the Ebenezer Cemetery Fund.

Burial will be in the Ebenezer Church Cemetery at Rockwood.
