Effingham- Mrs. Harry L. (Belva I. Ellis) Austin, 92, of Effingham died at 1:30 a.m. Saturday, July 20, 1991 at the Terrace of Effingham.
The funeral was Monday at Bauer Funeral Home, Effingham, with burial in Oakridge Cemetery, Effingahm.
Mrs. Austin was born Nov. 15, 1898, in Effingham County, the daughter of John and Frances (Lanthorn) Ellis. She married Harry L. Austin in 1918 in Effingham Cjounty. He died in 1989.
She was a member of Mount Zion United Methodist Church of rural Dieterich.
Surviving are her son, Keith of Lady Lake, Fla.; daughters, Frances Claar and Mrs. James (Carol) Klein, both of Effingham; 15 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; and five great-greatgranchildren.
She was preceded in death by one son, one daughter and one great-grandchild.
