Services will be at 1 p.m. Tuesday at Durrett Avenue Baptist Church with the Rev. C.F. Hubbard officiating and burial in Cave Springs Cemetery. Visitation will be after 11 a.m. Monday at Gamble Funeral Home.
A native of Hopkinsville, she was born April 27, 1928, the daughter of the late Nathaniel and Bennie Wooden. She was retired after having worked 25 years as a cook for the Christian County Board of Education. She was a member of Durrett Avenue Baptist Church where she was in the mass choir, a member of an adult Sunday school class and the Usher Board.
Survivors include her husband, William A. Farrow Sr.; three sons, John W. Sanders, Mansfield, Ohio, William Farrow Jr., and Kerry Farrow, both of Hopkinsville; two brothers, Charles Wooden, Orange County (Calif.) and Elijah Wooden, Hopkinsville; one sister, Lucy Humphries, Houston, Texas, and two grandchildren.
