Evelyn May Shoemaker was born on April 29th at only 24 weeks gestation. She survived happy and healthy with little complications from being born 16 weeks premature. She had a bright spirit and stubborn personality, and warmed the hearts of everyone who met her. In the early hours of her 38th day of life, she suddenly developed NEC which quickly took over, and she passed away within hours.
She was buried at Palm Mortuary in Henderson, Nevada, surrounded by her family on the morning of June 14th after a beautiful service.
