Bertha "Lucille" Cooper, 80, died Dec. 10, 2012, at Indian River Medical Center, Vero Beach. She was born in Rodda, Va., and lived in Vero Beach, coming from her birthplace.
Survivors include her daughter, Brenda Rimes; sons, Verlin Cooper, Burnis Cooper, Joe Cooper, Delmar Cooper and Elmor Cooper, all of Vero Beach; four grandchildren; and numerous great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Joe L. Cooper.
