On Sep. 5, 1936, she married Joseph Stanley Searles in Washington D. C. Together they raised five boys on a small farm near Rockville, MD. As a singer/guitarist, she entertained Washington dignitaries including President Eisenhower and frequently performed with the early Bob Hope USO Tours.
After Stan Searles died in 1976, Pat married Milton Love, in Petaluma, CA June 14, 1980.
Along with her first husband, a son, James Sterling Searles, preceded her in death.
She was a true joy to know.
