A Christadelphian. Always known as "Pierce." In Texas: A working cowboy, and pitcher in the Texas League. In California: A farmer, a ranch foreman in Pomona, then a long-time employee of the Hotpoint Flat Iron Plant in Ontario. An avid fisherman and food-crop gardener. Nephew of William Henry Wolfe (and Margaret Alice Banta Wolfe), both also in this cemetery.

Married Lily Oct. 17, 1914 in California.
