Bonnie D. Stephens, 87, passed away Saturday, Dec. 15, 2012. She was a resident of Greenwood.

She was born Aug. 8, 1925, in Celina, Tenn., to the late Burton and Eulalia (Dailey) Davis.

She is survived by her children, Linda Stephens and Jerry (Debbie) Stephens; granddaughter, Stacy (Jon) Hubner; great-grandchildren, Caden and Cassidy Hubner; brothers, Earl Davis and Bennie Davis; sisters, Bessie Thompson and Josephine Arms.

She was preceded in death by her husband, James E. Stephens; son, James Earl Stephens; her brother, Fred Davis; and her sisters, Christine Barlow, Pauline Henson, and Ailene Scott Vavra.

Bonnie retired from RCA after 20 years of service. She was a member of Heartland Church of Christ, and she was a loving Christian mother and grandmother.

A service will be conducted at 1 p.m. Tuesday at Wilson St. Pierre Funeral Service & Crematory, Greenwood Chapel, 481 W. Main St. Friends may call from 11 a.m. until the service time on Tuesday. Bonnie will be laid to rest at Mt. Pleasant Cemetery in Greenwood.
