Homer Edwin Bolinger, 91, of Rogers, Arkansas, died December 15, 2012 at Innisfree Nursing Home in Rogers, Arkansas. He was born April 9, 1921 at Webbers Falls, Oklahoma, the son of George Washington Russell and Ethel Gertrude Bolinger Bolinger. Homer spent his life preaching the Gospel. He made his choice to serve the Lord in 1943 at Torrington, Wyoming. He entered the Ministry in 1948 and labored in Nebraska and Illinois until 1959 when he offered for Spanish work. He labored in Mexico and Central America for forty-five years. While laboring in Mexico, he helped in the Spanish meetings in New Mexico and Colorado where several professed. In 2004 he returned to Arkansas. He was preceded in death by one brother, Roy LaClede Bolinger and one sister, Hazel Bolinger.

Survivors include: a nephew, Eddie Bolinger of Pea Ridge, Arkansas; 1 great neice, Joyce Bolinger Adams, 2 great nephews, Charles Glen Bolinger and James Russell Bolinger, all of Lincoln, Arkansas; a cousin, Alvin Hooper of Springdale, Arkansas; and 4 great-great nieces and nephew, and a multitude of friends.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 P. M. Wednesday, December 19, in the chapel of Brashears Funeral Home with Warren Taylor, Gaylon VanLoon and George Peterson, Ministers officiating. Interment will be in the Witter Cemetery under the direction of Brashears Funeral Home www.brashearsfuneralhome.net of Huntsville, Arkansas. Pallbearers will be: Roland Craig, Justin Bryan, Jimmy Bryan, Mark Mathias, Gary Brown and Robert Sutton.
