Noicir (Lovica) was the daughter of Zibadie (Biba and Ziba) Franklin "Frank" Durkee, Sr., of Lebanon, Grafton County, New Hampshire and Sophronia Bean Durkee of Sunday River, Oxford County, Maine. Zibadie was best known as "Frank". Sophronia and Frank were married about 1847 in either Maine, or New Hampshire. Sophronia and Frank had at least six children. They were: Noicir M. Durkee was born in May 1848; Ida Esther Durkee (# 102317403) was born on 27 December 1849; William Henry Durkee (# 95044855) was born in December 1857; Zibadie Durkee, Jr., was born in 1852; Frank Durkee was born about 1860; and Lucy A. Durkee (# 102316410) was born on 04 June 1862. All the children were born in Wentworth Location, Coos County, New Hampshire.

Noicir married Bannaster(Banister) N. Wilson in 1863 in possibly Maine, or New Hampshire. She was born in 1848. Noicir and Bannaster had nine children. They were: Franklin S. Wilson was born in 1864 in probably Wentworth Location, Coos County, New Hampshire; Andrew J. Wilson was born on 22 November 1865 in probably Wentworth Location, Coos County, New Hampshire; Minerva F. "Minnie" Wilson was born in June 1868 in probably Wentworth Location, Coos County, New Hampshire; Lelan Wilson was born in 1871 in probably Wentworth Location, Coos County, New Hampshire; Edith Wilson was born in 1873 in possibly Maine, or New Hampshire; Dana A. Wilson was born in January 1874 in probably Wentworth Location, Coos County, New Hampshire; Blanche Wilson was born in 1878 in probably Wentworth Location, Coos County, New Hampshire; Ida Wilson was born about 1880 in Probably Wentworth Location, Coos County, New Hampshire; and Hazen B. Wilson was born in May 1886 in probably Wentworth Location, Coos County, New Hampshire.
