CHICOPEE - Aline E. (Nolette) Page, 77, of the Aldenville section of Chicopee was Called Safely Home on Tuesday, December 18, 2012. She passed into Eternal Life from her home surrounded by the care and comfort of her loving family and will now be surrounded by all the Angels in Heaven. She was born in Black Lake, Province of Quebec, Canada on May 28, 1935, a beloved daughter of the late Mederic and Yvonne (Dusseault) Nolette. She was raised in Canada until the young age of eight when her parents relocated to the City of Chicopee. She lived in Chicopee for the remainder of her life and had been a resident of Aldenville since 1971. She was a member of the Aldenville American Legion Unit 337 and the Franco American Club. She was a communicant of Sainte Rose de Lima Church in Aldenville. She was predeceased by her beloved husband and best friend of 47 years, Herbert L. "Herby" Page who was Called Home on February 11, 2007. She leaves her loving children, Debra A. Blanchard Dixon and her husband, Charles with whom she lived with in Chicopee, Robert L. Page and his wife, Melissa of Springfield, and Richard T. Page of Chicopee; her three cherished grandchildren whom she adored, Thomas Blanchard of Stanley, NC, Melanie Blanchard of Chicopee, and Hunter Lee Page of Springfield; her dear sister, Louisette Nolette of Springfield; and many dear nephews, nieces and cousins including her special cousin, Jeannette Bilodeau of Chicopee. Besides her parents and husband, she was also predeceased by her dear brother and sisters, Reo Nolette, Madeline Nolette, Jeannine Bourrett and Francine Thibault. Her funeral will be held on Friday morning, December 21, 2012 beginning at 8:30 a.m. at the St. Pierre Phaneuf Aldenville Chapels, 13 Dale Street, Chicopee, MA 01020, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. in Sainte Rose de Lima Church, 600 Grattan Street, Chicopee, MA 01020. Her Committal Service will follow the Mass at 12 noon in the Chapel at the Massachusetts Veterans' Memorial Cemetery, 1390 Main Street, Agawam, MA 01001. Her family will receive friends at the funeral home on Friday morning, December 21, 2012 from 8:30 a.m. until 9:30 a.m. before the Mass. The parking lot and main entrance are located in the rear of the funeral home at 20 Lafayette Street, Chicopee, MA 01020. Memorial donations may be made in her memory to Mercy Hospice, 1236 Main Street, Suite 303, Holyoke, MA 01040.
