Memorial services for Clifford R. Cooke, 58, of Bremerton, will be Friday at 1 p.m. at Miller-Woodlawn Funeral Home. He died Sunday at his home.

Born July 27, 1930, in Ellensburg, he moved here in 1941. He married Sharon Jensen, Aug. 27, 1960, in Bremerton. She died in February 1986.

He was general foreman rigger at Puget Sound Naval Shipyard, retiring in 1985. He was a navy veteran, serving from 1947 to 1952, a member of the American Legion, the Veterans of Foreign Wars and the National Association of Retired Federal Employees. He enjoyed football, baseball, and bowling.

Surviving are two daughters, Kelly Cooke and Kristine Baird, both of Bremerton; a brother, Howard of Yakima; a sister, Dorothy Hunt of Phoenix, Ore.; and a grandson.

Inurnment will be at Miller-Woodlawn Memorial Park. Memorial may be made to the American Cancer Society, c/o Mary Lib Miller, P. O. Box 4258 Wycoff Station, Bremerton 98312.
