Sometime prior to 1917, Frank moved with his family from Newark, New Jersey to 1717 Brooklyn Avenue, in Kansas City, Missouri. After leaving high school, he began working as a printer for the Smith-Greaves Printing Company located at 1700 Broadway, Kansas City, Missouri.
In 1930, Frank and his family are listed as living at 1226 Kansas Avenue, Kansas City, Kansas, but by 1940, the family was living in Kansas City, Missouri at 2506 Walrond.
On February 6, 1943, at the age of 36, Frank enlisted in the United States Army. He was wounded during his military service abroad and despite being discharged on October 8, 1945 he remained in the United States Army controlled Halloran General Hospital on Staten Island until at least 1946.
After returning to Kansas City, he went back to work for the Smith-Greaves Printing Company. He retired after 38 years with the company in 1973. He was also a member of B'nai B'rith.
In 1965, Frank lived with his sister Rosa in a house they owned at 4441 Michigan Avenue, Kansas City, Missouri. Seven years later, Frank and Rosa moved a few blocks away to 5205 East 7th Street and this is where he died on July 14, 1980.
Frank was interred at Sheffield Cemetery in Kansas City, Missouri on July 15, 1980.
