George W. "Bud" Harmon, 91, Chanute, died Wednesday, May 14, 2003, at the Neosho Memorial Regional Medical Center, Chanute.
He was born Oct. 22, 1911, in Chanute, the son of Charles and Lizzie Rounds Harmon.
He was a graduate of Chanute High School.
He was a watch repairman and worked from his home most of his life.
He enjoyed fishing and to go on long drives.
On Nov. 3, 1947, he married Alma P. Broom in Chanute. She died Jan. 19, 2000.
Survivors include a son, Bill H. Harmon, Chanute; three grandsons and four great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by seven brothers and sisters.
Graveside services will be at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, May 17, at Memorial Park Cemetery led by the Rev. R.A. Pefley.
