Pastor Will Conduct Rites at Funeral Home
Funeral services for Mrs. Herman Hopp, 74, E. Fourth street, who died yesterday morning in St. Joseph's Hospital here, will be held Friday afternoon at 2 o'clock in the Seehafer-Hansen Funeral Home, where the body will lie in state.
The Rev. A. C. Dornfeld, pastor of Christ Lutheran Church, will officiate at the services and burial will be made at Hillside cemetery.
Mrs. Hopp, nee Emma Hahn, was born April 29, 1868, in Sheboygan County. She spent her childhood days there, later moving to McMillan where she married Frank Budtke on June 4, 1892. Following Mr. Budtke's death she was married to Herman Hopp, who survives her. She had lived in Marshfield for the past 21 years.
Surviving, besides her husband, are four children: Ervin Budtke and Frank Budtke, Marshfield; Mrs. Ray (Ida) Larson and Frank Budtke, Tomahawk, and five grandchildren, besides the following brothers and sisters:
Ed Hahn, and Henry Hahn, McMillan; August Hahn, Menasha; Oscar Hahn, Hilbert; Mrs. Frank Groth and Mrs. Joe Pflum, Marshfield; Mrs. Anna Schilling, Menasha; Mrs. William Sommers, Stratford, route 3; Mrs. Phillip Weigel, Tomahawk; and Mrs. Gust Luchterhand, Marshfield.
One sister and one child preceded her in death.
