Clarence Roger Jones, 57, of Charlotte, died December 22, 2012. He was born May 13,1955 in Bryson City, NC. Survivors include his parents, one brother and one sister of Charlotte, one son and his wife of Mount Holly and two grandsons Austin & Colton, one niece and one nephew.
Roger loved the outdoors,camping with his son and going to car shows with his friends. Roger loved his dog Sugar and cat Tiger. We all will miss him very much.
Memorials may be made to Sunset Road Baptist Church, Charlotte or your local humane society.
Funeral service will be held at 11:00 Thursday, December 27, 2012 at Sunset Road Baptist Church with Rev. Steve Bass officiating. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the church. A graveside will follow at 3:00 pm at Fred Young Cemetery in Green Mountain, NC. James Funeral Home is serving the family.
