5th Lord Beaumont, Knight of the Bath, of Folkingham, Edenham, Heckington Lincolnshire.

Son and heir of Sir John de Beaumont and Catherine Everingham. Born at Folkingham.

Husband of Elizabeth Willowby, daughter of Sir William Willowby, Knight of the Garter and Lucy, daughter of Roger le Strange. They were married before 04 July 1405, and had two sons and five daughters:
* Elizabeth, wife of Sir Thomas de Neville
* Eleanor
* Katherine
* Sir John de Beaumont, 6th Lord Beaumont
* Sir Henry married Joan Heronville
* Margery
* Margaret

Henry was summoned to Parliament 1404 to 1413, served as a commissioner to treat for peace with France 1410 to 1411, and received a papal indult for a portable altar. In 1409, he sold his manors of Seacourt, Berkshire and Tackley in Oxfordshire to William Wilcotes. Henry was buried at Sempringham Priory, Elizabeth died shortly before 12 Nov 1428.
