SCOLA , KATHERINE M., 96 -died peacefully at her home in Hammonton on Tuesday March 30, 2004. She was predeceased by her husband, John E. Scola in 1981. Born in October 9, 1907, one of nine children of the late Peter and Nancy Rizzotte.
Katherine M. Scola is survived by her children: Beatrice D'Agostino of Bridgewater and Brigantine; Kathleen Galli and John Scola both of Hammonton. Her loving grandchildren: Brigita Kelsey and Marco Galli; John and Stephanie Scola , and Natalie Scaffidi all of Hammonton; great grandchildren: Katelyn and Alyssa Kelsey. Mrs. Scola is also survived by a sister: Nellie Pirolli of Coatsville, PA and a brother: Dr. Peter Rizzotte of Boothwyn, PA, as well as nieces, nephews, sons-in laws and wonderful friends.
A lifelong resident of Hammonton, Katherine was devoted to her home and family. A loving wife, mother, grand-mother and great grandmother, she will be joyfully remembered by many.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial that will be celebrated Friday 10:00 a.m. in St. Joseph's RC Church, North Third and French Sts., Hammonton.
