Mrs. Adeline Froemming, 73, formerly of 237 W. 15th Ave., died today at 6:45 a.m. at Bethel Home. She had been in ill health three months.

She was born in Oshkosh on April 18, 1896, daughter of Louis and Bertha Wendtland, and was married on May 8, 1926, to Albert Froemming who preceded her in death on May 31, 1960. Mrs Froemming spent 11 years from 1949-60 with her husband in missionary work in Israel. He is buried in Jerusalem.

She was a member of Peace Lutheran Church, Bethel Bible teacher, member of Ruth Circle of the church, Gideons and Bethel Home Auxiliary.

Surviving are two sisters, Mrs. Alma Junge, Appleton, and Mrs. Walter (Martha) Fuhs, Oshkosh.

Services will be held Sunday at 7 p.m. at Peace Lutheran Church with the Rev. James Mikkelson officiating. Private committal service will be held Monday morning at Peace Lutheran Cemetery. Friends may call at the church Sunday from 4 p.m. until the hour of services. Konrad Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. A memorial fund has been established to which friends may contribute.
