Mrs. Denvalee "Deanie" Morrison Spurlock of Maryville TN, formerly of Bay, AR., departed this life Wednesday, December 26, 2012, at the Morning View Village Transitional Care Center in Maryville, TN.
She was born August 3, 1928, in Campbell, AR., the daughter of late Dewey Morrison and Clara George Morrison.
She was retired from Crane Company of Jonesboro where she worked for 20 years. Deanie was a member of the Bay United Methodist Church.
She is survived by her sister, Faye Sutterfield of Russellville; 4 grandchildren, Tonya Spurlock Brinkley of Maryville, TN, Rodney Spurlock of Venice, FL, Donna Spurlock of Olive Branch, MS and Don Spurlock Jr. of Collierville, TN; and 5 great grandchildren.
She was also preceded in death by her sisters, Myrtis Branscum and Maxine Horton; her brother Samuel Morrison; her husband of 49 years, Royce Spurlock and son Donnie Spurlock.
Arrangments were by: Gregg-Langford Bookout Funeral Home, Jonesboro, AR. Services were held at Bay United Methodist Church.
