Services for Timothy Mojonnier, 83, of 842 Columbian Ave, Oak Park, a pioneer in the milk processing and handling industry, will be held at 1pm Friday in Cuyler Avenue Methodist Church, 171 N Cuyler Ave., in the suburb. Mr. Mojonnier died Wednesday in West Suburban hospital. A graduate of the University of Illinois, . Mojonnier was the author of several books on dairy technology. His research on evaporated milk helped lead to its adoption for infant feeding. In 1916, Mr. Mojonnier and his brother, Julius, founded the Chicago dairy equipment firm which bears the family name. until his death, he was chairman of the board. Surviving are his widow Helen, a son, Harry; three daughters, Mrs Helen Noland, Mrs. Ruth Landborg, and Mrs. Doris Nickou; 16 grandchildren and a great grandchild, and three brothers.
