An employee of the Indiana Steel and Wire Company for many years, Mr. Dotson also was associated with the Broderick Company during World War II. He was a member of Grace Episcopal Church.
Surviving are three sons, Thomas E., and Alva Dotson, both of Muncie, and Eston Dotson of Indianapolis; two daughters, Mrs. J.J. Griffen of Tullahoma, Tenn., and Mrs. Joe Clay of Akron, Ohio; and 12 grandchildren. Mrs. Dotson died in 1947.
Funeral services will be conducted at the Meeks Mortuary at 10 o'clock Friday morning, the Rev. Harry Case in charge. Burial will be in Elm Ridge Cemetery. Friends may call at the mortuary from 3 to 5 o'clock and from 7 to 9 o'clock Thursday or prior to the services on Friday.
