Alton Walls Jr., 45, of Mt. Pleasant, MS, formerly of Memphis, died Saturday, December 25, at Baptist Memorial Hospital-Desoto in Southaven after a short illness.

He leaves a daughter, Linda Ruth Davis of Memphis; four sisters, Peggy Harber and Mary Ruth Wilkins, both of Memphis, and Brenda Jane Smith and Beverly Kay Twilla, both of Water Valley, MS; a brotherMalcolm Everette Walls of Memphis, and a grandson.
