Glenn was born November 21, 1935, in Graham Township (rural Benton County) to Ralph and Virginia (Hess) Petron. He married Marilyn Anderson June 8, 1957. He worked for Franklin Manufacturing for many years and has farmed in Graham Township all his life. He was also a part owner of the AmericInn in St. Cloud. He is a member of Annunciation Catholic Church in Mayhew Lake, Rice Knights of Columbus Bishop Busch Council #9138, Rice Sportsman Club, MN Trail Hound Association, MN Dark House Association.
He was preceded in death by his father, Ralph Petron.
