My daughter and I went to the Sacramento City Cemetery today and we came across some Denton's. There were eight Denton's all together.
Nehemiah N. Denton and wife Mary.
There was a Frank L. Denton, Fannie L., Solomon, Esther, Charles H. and Anna O. Denton. I know Nehemiah and Mary were husband and wife, because of the inscription, but I do not know how the others are connected. I wish I could tell you more but I can't. However, I am thinking from the look of things that Solomon b. 1816 and Esther b. 1818 were the parent's, Nehemiah b. 1842 and Charles b. 1846 their children and Frank the grandson. The ladies Mary b. 1848 and Anna b. 1848, daughter-in-laws and Fannie the granddaughter-in-law, possibly the wife of Frank. I am a double Denton so I was quite excited to find some possible relatives. Charles and Anna were right next to each other.

Mary was moved to Sacramento City Cemetery April 14, 1964.
