Mrs. Grace Ogden, 17 1/2 Prince St., Middletown, died last Friday in Goshen after a long illness. She was 50.

She was born in Glenwood, N.Y., Sept 26, 1909, daughter of Kiah and Mary Bailey Cooper. She was married to Albert Ogden, who survives.

Mrs. Ogden lived in Middletown for 20 years, and was a member of the Home League, of the Salvation Army.

Also surviving are five daughters--Mrs. Julius Tomaszewski of New Hampton; Frances Ogden, Marjorie Battisti, Mrs. Albert Towers, all of Middletown; and Mrs. Helen Wyant of Astoria, L.I.; 11 grandchildren; seven sisters--Mrs Floyd Dunn of Wurtsboro, Mrs Thelma Allen and Mrs Harold Murray of Middletown, Mrs. Harold Westbrook of Newton, N.J., Mrs. Al Williams of Slate Hill, and Almeda and Ardelia Cooper, both of New Jersey; and three brothers--Edward Cooper of MacAffie, N.J., Clarence Cooper of Middletown, and Emmett Cooper of Warwick.

Services will be conducted tomorrow at 10:30 a.m. From the Applebee Funeral Home, Middletown. The Rev. Stephen Balchelder will officiate.

Burial will be in Hillside Cemetery.

Friends may call at the funeral home this evening.
