Rev. James H. Collins died in the village of Clifford, north of Toronto, about 15 miles west of Mount Forest on Highway #6 in 1912 at 65 years of age. He was conducting a prayer meeting and Edith, his daughter, played the organ for him. He announced the hymn, "Sing them over again to me wonderful words of life". Edith started to play the prelude and he started to sing. He just got the words, "Sing them over again to me wonderful words..." , then gave a gasp and dropped dead behind the pulpit.
