Born in Canada, Francois Languedoc, had several children with at least 4 women or wives. Some of them may have been "Country wives." He was also reported as Francis Londo, Longdo, and Langdeau. One of his wives was Josette Vilandrie/Landy, mother of daughters Marguerite (Catherine) and Angelique Languedoc. Source: St. Anne's Penetanguishene Baptism records. By 1860 he was married to Josephine (Josephte) Charpentier. 1861 and 1871 census in Georgina reported them married. Living with them were 5 children from her previous marriage to Noel Proulx. She and Francois had at least four children. Their son Charles is buried in same cemetery as his father, under Charles Londau
