Mr. Frank O. (Chip) Barber, III-- age 51, A native of Knoxville, TN and a lifelong resident of Fairhope died on Monday, August 3, 1998 at his residence. He is survived by his wife, Terry T. Barber; his parents, Frank O. Barber, Jr. and Victoria V. Barber of Daphne; one sister, Gay B. Dean of Fairhope; four brothers, Michael M. (Terri) Barber of Daphne, Joseph F. Barber of Foley, Peter H. (Michelle) Barber of Mobile and Charles D. (Pippa) Barber of Queensland Australia; four children, W. Lance Barber of Raleigh, North Carolina, Kim Jennings and Stephanie Barber, both of Fairhope and Amy Barber of West Palm Beach, Florida; three grandchildren, other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be held from the chapel of Bayview Funeral Home on Thursday, August 6, 1998 at 10 AM. Friends may call for visitation at the funeral home on Wednesday, August 5, 1998 from 6 to 8 PM. Interment will be in Memory Gardens of Fairhope. Funeral arrangements are by Bayview Funeral Home, 151 S. Bayview Street., Fairhope, AL 36532.
